I don't think I've ever written a Google review in my life, but felt compelled to today. We drove almost 40 min this afternoon to the pharmacy to get my newly-turned-3-year-old his bivalent booster. I was pleasantly shocked to walk in and find everyone masked. Taylor did not bat an eye when I said my son has special needs and would likely be difficult to vax; she just reassured me we would absolutely get it done... and she did, so quickly and easily! She and Kayla could not have been more patient, loving, kind, gentle, and efficient. We were so touched at how much compassion they showed us and our little guy. We'll be back anytime anyone in our family needs a vaccine, and it'll be well worth the drive! Thank you so much Taylor!!

The Powell Pharmacy always goes above and beyond to help you with your medicine and vaccines. I recently had an insurance issue with my prescription and they called the insurance company and then called me at home with all of the helpful information so that I could get my medicine. I appreciate them so much!!

I just took my 8-year old for his COVID booster and flu shot, and I cannot recommend Powell Pharmacy highly enough. My son is really scared of shots, and Emleh Tubuo was so lovely with him. She was gentle, patient, and helpful, and he said it was the best shot he’s ever had and he wants to go back. They’re my pharmacy now. They were terrific. If you’re on this end of town, totally recommend.

This pharmacy is great and the people who work here are so nice! Their ‘lobby’ has some great finds, too, with warmies (stuffed animals/masks/slippers that are warmed in a microwave), doterra oils, some beauty counter supplies, and ‘choose with kindness’ apparel/merch. There’s even some ice cream pops for the littles. I will definitely come back, especially for any vaccine needs.

Went to get my 3 year old daughter to get her Moderna Covid shot and they were wonderful. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and my daughter didn't even cry! She got a cute prize afterwards too for being brave.

I took my 5 year old for her first Covid shot and it was a great experience. Very short wait, quick administration and no tears shed by her at all. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend.

I am a hospital pharmacist who started out in retail and I know how annoying it can be when someone brings in a script right before close and want it filled. Unfortunately, today I was that person. I work until 4:30 and had a prescription that needed filled. I like to patronize independent pharmacies over chains and this is why. Even though I walked in 10 minutes before close they were extremely accommodating and helpful and will definitely return!
